The Gladiator comes with a five-foot steel cargo bed, four removable doors, a fold-down windshield, and is available in four different trim levels. The Gladiator Sport starts things off with all-season tires, 17-inch steel wheels, manual door locks, crank windows, cruise control, a 5-inch central display, an eight-speaker sound system, Bluetooth, and a backup camera. The base model also comes standard with a folding soft top, Class II bumper hitch, and a combination four-and-seven-pin trailer plug. The Sport S is next up in the model lineup and adds power door and tailgate locks, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, and heated power mirrors. If you're looking for a bit more high-tech features, you can opt for the optional Technology Group package, which includes a larger 7-inch touchscreen, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, and automatic climate control. Under the hood of the 2020 Gladiator, you'll find Jeeps reliable 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 engine. The engine produces 285 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque. All that power allows the Gladiator to tow up to 7,650 pounds and have a maximum payload capacity of 1,600 pounds. The Pentastar engine also comes standard with stop-start engine technology for maximized gas efficiency. You can also get the Gladiator equipped with either a six-speed manual transmission or an eight-speed automatic transmission. A late availability diesel engine will be available at the start of 2020, which is rated to make 260 horsepower and 442 lb-ft of torque.
